Cooking school founded by Anna Tasca Lanza in 1987 on her family's agricultural estate in central Sicily, now run by her daughter Fabrizia Lanza. It offers residential themed workshops and 'signature stays' with lodging at Case Vecchie, all meals and Tasca d'Almerita wines. Palermo and Catania airports are about 2-2.5 hours away.
