Chef Chris Maher of Cooking Studio Taos hosts a week-long (6-night) food and cultural immersion near Todi, with cooking from local seasonal produce in the monastery kitchen. Outings include the Deruta farmers’ market and ceramics workshop and a guided visit to Orvieto.
